Hi, I’m Dijon.
The first thing to know about me is that I love people.
I left corporate America in 2007 and moved from Atlanta to San Francisco to pursue my dreams as an artist. After getting lost in partying and drugs, I ended up homeless, sleeping in my friends car, while working a menial job as a server at Hard Rock Cafe.
During that time I was inspired to start SOULS of Society, a storytelling project with a mission to create more connection, compassion, and empathy in the world.
That project brought me international attention. I’ve been a resident storyteller for the SF Chronicle. I’ve also been featured in the Huffington Post, and Yahoo’s weekly Flickr.
Thanks for stopping by...I'm super pumped for our journey together.
